Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 14, 2026 · Effective Immediately

Important Notice: BetaPay is a non-custodial software application and decentralized smart contract interface. BetaPay does not custody funds, hold your private keys, or provide banking services. All digital asset transactions are executed directly by you on public blockchain networks.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at getbetapay.com, mobile applications, decentralized protocol interfaces, and 10-digit wallet routing services provided by BetaPay Technologies Inc. ("BetaPay", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Non-Custodial Architecture

BetaPay provides an interface for interacting with decentralized smart contracts across supported blockchains (such as Ethereum, Base, Solana, Arbitrum, and Polygon). You acknowledge and agree that:

  • BetaPay never has access to, nor holds custody over, your private keys, seed phrases, or digital assets.
  • Cryptographic private keys remain encrypted inside your device's Secure Enclave using WebAuthn / biometric passkeys.
  • BetaPay cannot reverse, cancel, or modify transactions confirmed on public blockchain ledgers.

3. 10-Digit Wallet Account Number Protocol

BetaPay assigns a 10-digit human-readable routing identifier linked to your smart contract wallet. This identifier operates as a cryptographic lookup mapping and does not constitute a traditional deposit account or bank account number.

4. Paymaster Sponsorship & Network Fees

Where available, BetaPay utilizes ERC-4337 Paymaster contracts to sponsor gas fees on eligible transactions. BetaPay reserves the right to set sponsorship limits, implement rate limits, or adjust gas policy to protect against network abuse or spam.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BetaPay Technologies Inc., its officers, employees, and open-source contributors shall not be liable for any loss of funds, blockchain protocol bugs, smart contract exploits, or network outages.

6. Contact & Legal Inquiries
